The CAMC Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center is located at 200 Tracy Way in the NorthGate Business Park.  

From Interstate 64/77 take the Capital/Greenbrier Street Exit (Route 114). From Huntington, turn left off of the exit (going towards the airport) and proceed through the next stop light.  From Beckley, turn right off of the exit and proceed up the hill   (going towards the airport).  Go through the next 2 stop lights and at the 3rd stop light turn left into NorthGate Business Park.  Follow the main road and we are located approximately 1 mile into NorthGate on the right.  Turn into parking lot and enter the building through the main doors under the front canopy.  We have plenty of free parking available.
