Blair graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1970 and then went to West Virginia University and obtained a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy in 1975. Blair joined our staff in 2004 and specializes in the treatment of pediatric and lymphedema patients. Blair is NDT (Neuromuscular Developmental Training) Certified and a Certified Lymphedema therapist. |
