The Cross Lanes Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center opened in September 2006 at 130 Goff Mountain Road in the old HealthPlus building.  It is a 4000 square foot facility which serves patients of all ages and with a variety of injuries and physical impairments. We provide Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine services at this center and hope in the future to be able to add Occupational Therapy.
